The Start
A highschool class sat bored in a stuffy classroom. Their teacher was explaining how not all islands of the world were discovered yet and that new ones were found daily. Then the teacher stated something that no one expected. "Lets go to an island to get you people more into this!" the class was estatic. They presented their idea to the school board, whom thought it was a wonderful idea. The class invited various students whom wanted to come along. After much fundraising, planning, and choosing where to go it was finished.
The Trip
The excited group boarded the plane happily. The sleek jet was a new one, never floan except for tests. Their teacher was the pilot for them. No other chapirones were present. The 9-12th graders eagerly waited for the first hour, then the excitment slowly wore off. Everyone got cramped, tired, and grumpy. Until the plane started shaking...
The Unexpected
The plane wobbled through the air as it flew, like noone was holding the wheel. One girl went to the cabin to see what was wrong, only to find the pilot unconcious on the floor. She quickly got her friend and sat in the pilot seat. Trying to fly the plane, she looked out the window and noticed an island. They were quickly losing altitude so she did what she had to. As best as she could she guided the plane to the island. It landed roughly in the trees near the beach and came to a stop. Both of the engines were destroyed and their pilot/teacher proclaimed dead. Stranded on the island, alone and frightened the class looked around. Much of their luggage was destroyed except for what they had in the main area with them. So they had nothing but a small portion of what they brought. There was no cell phone signal, nor radio signal so they were alone.
Survival
The class decided to send a small group of people around the island to look for something, anything to help them. They came back empty handed hours later. So they did what they had to to survive. They started building a camp, sent out people to find food, dug what they could out of the ruins of the plane and tried to live...
This is were my story ends and your's begins. Will your student die or make it out alive and well? Its your choice. But for now your just Lost in the Blue.
